How do I sign my child up to an extra-curricular or evening class?
To sign your child up to any of our classes, please select the ‘book’ tab at the top of our homepage and choose the venue you wish to book a class at. You will then see a list of classes we offer at each venue, once you’ve completed the registration form you will need to select ‘use PayPal’ to complete the booking, if you don’t have a PayPal account you can still check out as a guest.
How do I book a place on one of your holiday clubs?
To book a place on any of our holiday clubs you will need to complete an online booking form on the holiday club page of our website – https://www.schoolofsport.org.uk/holiday-club/
Once this has been submitted we will be in touch via email to confirm your child’s place and request payment, which can be done via bank transfer or childcare vouchers.
Do you offer sibling discount?
We offer 10% sibling discounts for all holiday club bookings, but not our extra-curricular or evening classes.
Do you accept childcare vouchers?
We accept childcare voucher payments for holiday club bookings, not extra-curricular or evening classes.
What should my child wear to one of your classes?
Children should always bring appropriate sports clothing and trainers for every class. If a session takes place outside, we recommend they have a coat and jogging bottoms over the winter months.
Who delivers the classes to my child?
All classes are delivered by our qualified sports coaches who have the following as a minimum:
Level 1 Sports Coaching Qualification or Sports Degree
Enhanced DBS Certificate (Child Workforce)
First Aid Qualification
Safeguarding Children & Young People Certificate
Can I book ad-hoc sessions?
We only accept ad-hoc bookings for our holiday clubs, if you wish to book your child onto one of our extra-curricular classes you must pay for the full course. This is usually between 5-8 weeks (half-a-term).
What happens if my child is to miss a session?
Unfortunately if your child is to miss a class due to illness/absence we do not offer refunds. We may offer an exchange of services in extenuating circumstances.
