Unfortunately, we only offer full day bookings.

Yes, we offer early drop-off from 8am and late pick up until 6pm, each is priced at £2.50 per session.

 When you create a holiday camp booking, you will need to proceed to the final checkout page. Here you will be given the option to select the dates you would like to add early drop-off or late collection to your booking.

As long as they are in the same age group session, your child will be in the same group as their friend or sibling.

Our age groups are as follows:

5 – 8 Yrs
8 – 11 Yrs 

9am – 5pm

Early drop off from 8am
Late collection until 6pm

5 – 11 Yrs

No, children from any school are welcome to attend our holiday clubs.

Unfortunately not, your child will need to bring a packed lunch, snack, and a drink. We recommend you provide your child with at least two snacks (morning and afternoon).

  • Adequate clothing (weather appropriate)
  • Suitable footwear (no sandals or crocs)
  • Sun lotion (summer)
  • Fancy Dress (if applicable – please check event details prior)

Special activities are not guaranteed to take place but will usually occur at least once each week.

Yes, you can book ad-hoc days to suit your requirements (subject to availability).

Yes, we accept childcare voucher payments for all holiday camp bookings. Please speak to your employer to find out which childcare voucher company they are registered with. See the full list of voucher companies we are currently registered with here.

If the voucher company you wish to pay with isn’t on the list, please get in touch, and we will set up an account with the chosen provider –

We understand that circumstances can change for parents/guardians at short notice and the last thing you need in that situation is a hefty cancellation fee. 

  • From the initial booking, we allow a 48 hour cooling off period in which you can cancel and receive a full refund with no extra cost. Please note the cooling off period will not apply if your booking is created less than 48 hours before your child’s first session.

  • You can cancel after this period up until 72 hours before the start date of your booking. You will receive full credit back into your wallet on iPal. No cash refunds will be given.

  • If you cancel within 72 hours of the start date of your booking, you will receive 50% credit back into your iPal wallet. No cash refunds will be given.

  • Cancellations on the day of a booking will not be refunded or credited.

Term-Time Classes Only

  • Refunds or exchange of services will not be given for unexpected school closures out of our control i.e. snowy conditions, flooding, heating issues, disease outbreak etc.

  • Refunds or exchange of services will not be given if a child is absence due to illness or any other reason.

  • In the event of a school hall being in use with no advanced notice given to School of Sport, sessions will be adapted to take place outside or in a classroom. This may include children doing theory work on the activity. No refunds or exchange of services will be given.


Summer holiday camp bookings will go live 12 weeks in advance. Half-term and other school holidays will go live 6-8 weeks in advance. Please subscribe to our mailing list on our homepage and follow us on social media to keep up to date with all the latest announcements.


Subject to availability, we can take bookings up until the camp is due to start as long as you have registered via our online system.  Your child can not attend the camp without an online booking and we can’t accept walk-in bookings.

Unfortunately not, all bookings must be made via our online system. If you are struggling to set up an account or make a booking, please contact us on or call us on 0161 726 5022.

Once you’ve booked your child’s place via our online system, you will automatically receive a confirmation email that will include your booking invoice. You can also view your bookings and invoices at any time by logging into your online account.
